Keynote speaker · Advisor · Founder, Human API

Clear thinking for the rooms that matter.

I advise founders, executives and leadership teams on the decisions, business systems and applied AI that turn direction into work. On stage, I speak to audiences who have heard the hype and want something they can use on Monday.

The idea behind the work

Every capable leader eventually becomes infrastructure.

It is not a compliment.

The board waits for an answer. The team waits for a decision. The AI needs the context again. Each part has a tool, and you still hold the parts together. On stage and in the room, my work is about designing the support so the organization stops running through one person.

Speaking

Talks for leaders who have heard enough about AI and want to know what to do next.

Each talk starts from one idea: technology only creates capacity when people know what to decide, what to hand over and who stays responsible. Every talk is adapted to your audience after a briefing with the organizer.

Talk 01Keynote · Leadership offsite

You have become infrastructure.

Why capable leaders end up holding every handoff together, and how to design the support so the organization stops running through one person.

Your audience leaves able to

  • Name the coordination they carry that nobody sees
  • Choose the first piece of work to hand over
Talk 02Keynote · Executive session

Who actually decides?

Priorities that sound agreed still collide in the work. A practical way to name who recommends, who decides and what has to be known first.

Your audience leaves able to

  • Separate recommending, deciding and acting
  • Put an owner and a date on every open decision
Talk 03Keynote · Facilitated lab

Give AI one clear job.

Responsible delegation for teams adopting AI. Define the job, test its limits, measure the whole effort and keep responsibility with people.

Your audience leaves able to

  • Describe a situation without jumping to a tool
  • Count the whole effort and design a small test
Talk 04Keynote · Conference

One human. More capacity.

What greater capacity should make possible for the business and for the life around it. The Human API point of view, for a general audience.

Your audience leaves able to

  • Use a shared language for time, attention and energy
  • Pick one change to test in their own work

Executive alignment

  • A decision and ownership map, with one revision
  • Agreed next actions and a record of open questions
  • A follow-up after the session

How engagements work

Clear scope before we start. Clear owners when we finish.

  1. 1

    A conversation

Send the context you have. We talk through the situation, the fit and what a useful result would look like.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

Scope, dates, participants and the fee are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

  3. 3

    The work

Talks, sessions or labs built on your real situation, with decisions, owners and next actions recorded.

  4. 4

    Follow-through

A review of what changed and what happens next, so the result holds after the room empties.

About Brandon

Built inside the room, not above it.

My work spans strategy, executive marketing leadership and operating infrastructure. I led brand strategy at SERHANT., and I have worked as a fractional chief of staff to growth-stage founders in entertainment, wellness, luxury hospitality and consumer markets.

Across every engagement the job has been the same: connect the direction of a business with the people, decisions and systems required to make it real. I founded Human API to bring that work to more people through education, applied AI and practical business system design.

  • I diagnose before I prescribe. The problem first described is rarely the real one.
  • I hold complexity without collapsing it.Then I make it legible.
  • I speak to the room. The message adapts. The substance does not.
  • Clarity is a form of respect.Precise advice serves the client.
